Prestigious Award Covers Recipients’ Fees for Principles Express Courses

SARASOTA, Florida – APRIL 01, 2021 – The Market Research Institute International announces that the application process for the first of 2021’s Reg Baker MRII Awards is now open. The popular awards program empowers market-research applicants three times per year by covering the fee for those interested in furthering their education through MRII’s industry-leading online courses. Application deadlines this year will be May 31, August 31, and December 31.

Named in honor of the MRII’s past executive director and the first North American ambassador of ESOMAR, The Reg Baker MRII Award program specifically covers the enrollment cost for the Principles Express family of courses, administered through the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel. Each of the courses provides a self-paced overview of a topic from the MRCBOK™ (Market Research Core Body of Knowledge), the essential information everyone in the insights and research industry should know.

Recipients of The Reg Baker MRII Award may enroll in any one of the following Principles Express courses:

·       Introduction to Market Research and the Research Process

·        Market Research Design and Data Identification

·        Sampling in Market Research

·        Qualitative Market Research

·        Quantitative Data Collection Methods

·        Introduction to Data Analysis

The 2021 Reg Baker MRII Award will be presented to applicants who meet all eligibility requirements and who, in the opinion of the Awards Committee, will make a positive contribution to the profession of insights, analytics, and market research. 

Selection criteria will include, but not be limited to, the demonstrated desire to serve the insights and market research profession, plus a financial need with limited or no employer financial support. As this is a line of online, self-paced courses, candidates from any country are welcome, subject only to U.S. State Department restrictions.
